To order a Gift Certificate with your donation please follow the steps below:

1. choose 'cash + certificate' in the options below
2. click here to fill in the details for your certificate, don't forget to click on 'Submit' once you have completed your details
3. choose the amount you would like to donate
4. click on the 'Add to Cart' button to order your certificate
